Cowboy Snapback

Cowboy Snapback was born in the winter of 2022, thanks to three founding friends—Dakota, Jon, and John—and one wild idea. During a weekend filled with bros, beers, and good times, the thought hit us: what if we combined the rugged charm of a cowboy hat with the everyday comfort of a baseball cap? It had never been done before, so we got to work—researching, designing, and filing for a patent on our one-of-a-kind concept.

By spring 2023, two of our videos went viral and demand exploded overnight. We sold out of every hat and, like any true American startup, pulled in our friends and significant others to help fulfill orders right out of our garage in Oklahoma City. Fast forward to summer 2023, once the dust from our viral moment settled, we moved into our own warehouse and made Cowboy Snapback a full-time operation—pressing and shipping hats to customers across the globe.

Now in 2025, we’re continuing to grow our network of resellers and making Cowboy Snapback more accessible in stores across the country. We're beyond grateful for our loyal (and rowdy) customers, and we can't wait to see where the trail takes us next.
