SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our warehouse and production team is located at our headquarters in Edmond, OK. Each hat is specifically pressed and made to order and hand packed with care. Hats are not pre-shaped and can be shaped at the owners discretion. Please note that we are not Amazon, we are a small business with one full time employee. We will do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner. 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Standard online and wholesale orders typically leave our Edmond, OK warehouse within 72 business hours and arrive within 7 business days. Custom orders have longer lead times determined by the type of customization and are fulfilled as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Our international order delivery time frame is typically 1-4+ weeks depending on where you live and the time it takes the order to proceed through customs. Expedited shipping for international orders can take 6-10 business days. If your order is sent back to us as an ‘unclaimed’ order, we will contact you and offer to reship your package or offer a refund for the product amount only. If the order is returned to us a second time for being unclaimed, you will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment. If an order is already in transit it cannot be cancelled. If a parcel carrier is having difficulty delivering your order and it gets returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping costs. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing an international order. 
EXCHANGES:

Need to make an exchange? You have 30 days from the date you ordered a product to exchange it. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Wholesale, Custom orders, and items discounted more than 40% are considered final sale.

Please include the first and last name, and the order number so we may reference it for the exchange. We will send out a return label inside the box with the new hat so you may return the incorrect hat to us and complete the exchange. 

 

RETURN POLICY:
If you don't love our product, you have 30 days from the date you ordered an item to return or exchange it. Cowboy Snapback is not responsible for shipping fees to return a hat you did not like or decided you didn't want. Wholesale, Custom orders, and items discounted more than 40% are considered final sale. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will be reimbursed for the product ONLY. You will only be refunded once we have received your return and it has been inspected at our facility. Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled. We will do our best to work with you to make sure you are fully satisfied.

MY HAT ISN'T SHAPED CORRECTLY
Our hats do not come pre-shaped. Did your hat get bumped and mangled during shipping? Well lucky for you, our hats have a double wire in the brim that allows the hat to be reshaped to your liking. Want to go for the sunhat look? Perhaps maybe a general from the 1700s? How about the classic cowboy hat? Lay the hat completely flat and then shape it however you like! 
HOW DO I CLEAN THIS THING?
We recommend spot cleaning and hand washing your hats. We do not recommend you cleaning it in your local pond with a old time washing board while your neighbor watches.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are designed and pressed at our Headquarters in Edmond, OK. Our hats are sourced and manufactured outside of the U.S.. Please contact us for more information. No women and children were harmed during the making of our Cowboy Snapbacks.
WHAT IS PVC?
PVC is a durable and flexible plastic that feels like rubber. It’s long-lasting, waterproof, and flexible, making it a perfect choice for one of our patch application types.
WHAT IS DTF?
No.. it’s not what you think sicko. Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism, similar to graphics on a t-shirt.
WHAT IS BRIM STIFFENER?
Our brim stiffener is a mixture of water and non-toxic glue that dries clear. This helps lock in the shape of your hat once you have your desired look. Brim stiffener will need to be reapplied if the hat gets wet or at your discretion. It is not a required purchase.

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
All of our base hats are available for customization, we just need a little information to get you started. Please visit our custom page and please ensure you upload a high-resolution image of the logo or slogan you are wanting on your hat. Please do not send us a picture of another hat you own that looks like it was taken with a 1920’s potato.
CAN YOU DESIGN MY HAT TOO?
Since we are still in our small business phase, we currently do not have any custom graphic designers on site. Long story short, we are not able to make a graphic for you at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOM PRICING?

WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOM LEAD TIME?
We currently offer leather, DTF, Embroidered patches, and PVC applications. Leather applications are made to order in our Edmond, OK production facility and have an average of a 2-3 week turnaround time. PVC, and Embroidered applications are ordered from our patch vendor and have an average of a 3-
4 week turnaround time. For our one off custom hats, we use DTF transfers for the quickest turnaround time of about 2 weeks.
