Need to make an exchange? You have 30 days from the date you ordered a product to exchange it. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Wholesale, Custom orders, and items discounted more than 40% are considered final sale.

To initiate an exchange please contact us at hats@cowboysnapback.com or call us at 405-373-6025. Please include the first and last name, and the order number so we may reference it for the exchange. We will send out a return label inside the box with the new hat so you may return the incorrect hat to us and complete the exchange. 

All sales are final for international orders.
